This course is for ANYONE that has a desire to connect to their voice. There are no pre-requisites to attending this course.
This course is not for people who have serious mental health issues and are seeking to heal them through the practice, this would require a much more personal and dedicated container.

This is a deeply somatic practice anchored in awareness.
Practices can look like: meditation, vocalizing, breathing, sighing, moving, writing and sharing.
It is a very gentle yet very deep practice that can shift profound things during and after the journey.
All practices are optional and you are free to position yourself to the guidance as you see fit.

The Vocal ~ Touch training is a practical, hands~on course that introduces the plexus voice approach - an innovative vocal-psycho-somatic discipline as a way to connect with and support yourself and others.
